With over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Mr. Hitesh Nihalani has established himself as a key name in Mumbai’s property landscape. As a Partner at Crown Construction Company and N K Builders & Developers, he has led projects that blend quality craftsmanship with modern urban living.
Hitesh began his journey in the industry more than two decades ago, learning the business from the ground up. That hands-on experience shaped his approach: detail-oriented planning, transparent dealings, and a strong focus on timely delivery. Under his leadership, both Crown Construction Company and N K Builders & Developers have delivered residential projects known for structural integrity, smart design, and customer-first service.
What sets Hitesh apart is his ability to balance traditional construction values with evolving market demands. While the industry has changed rapidly with new materials, regulations, and buyer expectations, he has kept his companies adaptive without compromising on core principles of quality and trust. Clients and partners often cite his commitment to accountability and long-term relationships as a reason for repeat business.
Beyond bricks and mortar, Hitesh believes in building communities. His projects emphasize functional layouts, durable materials, and efficient use of space — factors that matter most to families and investors in a city like Mumbai.
With 20+ years of experience, Hitesh Nihalani continues to steer Crown Construction Company and N K Builders & Developers toward sustainable growth. His vision remains simple: create spaces people are proud to call their own, and build a reputation that lasts longer than any structure.
